Decline Dumbells

how do you do this? everytime i try my tail bone feels like its jabing into the joint on the bench.. and it feels like your gunna fall offf it.. all in all very uncomfortable..
 
Do what? Are your feet on the floor?

I don't even have a proper decline bench and i do a ton of decline work. Great on the shoulders and great for developing the triceps and pecs.
