First post, whoo hoo! I'm 25, female, and overweight, blah! I was really in shape for a long time, jogged 6 miles a day, etc. Now I'm at least 50 lbs. overweight and REEEEAAAALLLLLLYYYYYY must lose this weight, SOON. I will be using a line of supplements from Transform, including the Forged Fat Burner. Today is my first day on it, and so far I'm liking it. Had a banana for breakfast and I'm not even feeling hungry. I also feel alert, and it may be a placebo effect, but my mood is quite positive which is one of the bonuses of the product. I also plan to diet, of course, and workout at least 5x a week. My diet will be 1,000 calories a day or less (no comments about this please, I know its too few) and for exercise I do cardio-walking/jogging/swimming/etc. for at least an hour. As soon as I can get some weights I will also lift a few times a week. I really like it or would not recommend it. Let's do this Briana! (I pep talk myself)
