Dead Lifting

Hey yall, about a week ago was the first time i did a Deadlift....and i got 210 pounds up, is that good or bad? I think i was kind of pushing it but i was curious how much i could do....responds appreciated thanx
 
yeah for a 1st go thats good. here is a link to a competition results table so u can see what the big giys do.

If you accurate that's a very nice start. Don't push it too much, work on getting the groove and performing the movement right.
