Day 2 of the journey

I worked today a small shift from 11-3 at mcdonalds, right afteri went to the gym and did some cardio! 20 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. I got an app on my phone to count my calorie intake and so fat i still have 1800 calories left to eat not including my dinner.
Breakfast: egg on a toast and slice of cheese. (no butter or oil.)
Lunch: Didnt have time, had a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Dinner: Lac st-Jean pie. a small portion.
As of snacks i had one donut. I regret it but it is better to have one donut then eating like i used to before!

Hi Maxime & welcome to the forum. How much overweight are you do you think? (assuming that you are) What is a normal day's eating for you? A banana is a good quick meal, even better with a small tub of yoghurt. Don't undereat as that can be as bad for you as overeating. Let us know a little bit more about yourself & you will get support, if that's what you would like. Cheers, Cate.
