So this it for real this time! I am putting my all in to loosing weight!

Weighed myself this morning and 20 stone exactly for breakfast I had a herbal life tropical shake with unsweetened soya milk, I added a banana and apple to help fill me up. Now I am just heading out to walk the dog on a 2 mile route to start with.

I know this is going to be a long haul but now more than ever I am ready! I have ordered raspberry ketone tablets online and a colon cleansing pill as well I just want to see if it can help get me started. Has anyone tried these pills before and if so did they work! I think that if I can see any result quickly it will motivate me to continue. I know these pills are not a solution to keeping the weight off long term that comes down to me.

Please if anyone out there would like to share their journey or has any advice on ketone please post it would be great to hear from someone.

Have a great day!

So I kept to a good pace when walking although slightly out of breath at times I felt so much more energised this afternoon after it!
For lunch I had a bowl of homemade organic vegetable soup and a slice of brown bread with a hard boiled egg!
I am surprised this filled me up and I had energy to clean the house. So day 1 feeling good and positive about the days to come!

I do not know much about keytones or other pills.

One great way to jump start your losses is by doing a detox bath. The first time I did one, I lost 5lbs in just one bath! Basically you fill the tub with the hottest water you can stand add epsom salt, baking soda, and fresh ginger. You'll stay in the tub for anywhere from 25-45 minutes (I generally do about 30). Be sure to stay hydrated before, during AND after because you will sweat A LOT. This will help eliminate bloating or water weight.

Congrats on your decision to work towards your goal again! I wish you the best and look forward to following your journey!

For your walks I suggest bumping it up each time to see if you can beat your previous time!

Thanks for the advice and I might have a go at the detox bath! Tomorrow I will also up my pace and see if I can beat my time! It's amazing how from just walking today I feel so much better already! I have set my self a goal of loosing half a stone in the next 2 weeks!

Thanks again abitofbliss

I'm not sure what that equates too but if you think it's a possible and reasonable goal then do it to it!

Let me know how your next walk goes! Sometimes it take a few days to beat your time but as long as you're pushing harder, that's all that matters!

Hope the detox bath works wonders for you! I would google 'detox baths for weight-loss' to learn about some of the other ones that help :)

Ketones can be tested for in your urine. The body produces ketones when it is not getting enough carbohydrates and is converting fat in the liver to provide fuel for the brain. If you are diabetic and tests as producing ketones then it can indicate a serious problem but otherwise ketosis = fast fat loss, but it is extremely important to keep protein levels high to avoid muscle loss at the same time.

Why are you taking a pill for something the body produced naturally ?

Day 2 had the same shake for breakfast and then salmon and revitalise cracker bread for lunch with low fat cream cheese, I was also told by my go that my protein levels are low so I had a protein bar mid morning and surprisingly I stayed full until dinner.

My second walk was good I upped the pace but like you thought a bit of bliss I didn't beat my time but did sweat lots at the faster pace and was slightly less out of breath so was happy with that going to do the same walk tomorrow then up the distance over the weekend.

Trusylver thank you for your comment I have read a lot online about raspberry ketone and it seems to speed up the fat burning so I thought this would give me a better chance at loosing some pounds quickly I don't want to use it all the time but feel it would help inspire and motivate me further on my weight loss journey. I pick them up tomorrow so will read full instructions to see what it says before using them.

For dinner I had 2 grilled chicken breasts and a green salad feeling good I then went out for another walk shorter this time but I am finding my energy levels are up which is great!

All in all a good day!

Hey there, congrats on deciding to make a positive change in your life! Can't wait to keep up with your progress as you continue to succeed!!
