I don't know if anybody remembers me, but I was here awhile back - probably close to a year ago now. But then we got my step-sons for the summer and my work schedule changed some and I got derailed. Big time. I was down 30 pounds - from 217 to 185. The only not so bad part is, I only gained 14 of it back. Could have been worse. Could have been better - I could be at goal by now, but, what's done is done and it's just time to start over.
To answer the questions:
1. How much weight do you want to loose? I want to loose 54 pounds, which would bring me to 145 pounds. At 5'7", I don't think that's a bad goad weight.
2. What is the timeframe for reaching your goal weight? Ideally, I'd like to be at goal by the time my birthday comes around. That's the middle of October, and I'll be 31.
3. How do you want to accomplish your goal? I'll be exercising and following SparkPeople's recommendations for diet.
4. Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? I'm really hoping to find some support here. Nobody else at my house (which is just really me and the hubby most of the time) is concerned with their weight, so getting them to understand is hard.
5. How realistic is your goal? I think it is very realistic. I just have to stick to the plan and not let little setbacks cause bigger problems.
6. When will you start? I started at 5:30am this morning when I left the house for work.
Current height and weight:
5'7" and 199lbs.
