Dave's Diary

Yesterday for breakfast I had oatmeal w/ brown sugar (1 tbs) and coffee, for lunch I had 4oz cottage cheese w/ fruit cup, a mini Inkind bar for afternoon snack, and a grilled chicken salad for dinner. I only drank water today with my meals. Played frisbee golf in the evening. Not much for a 6'4, 51 yr old man but it's enough. Today's exercise will be swimming in my pool!

I think frisbee golf is just taking off here. It sounds like fun. I'm envious of you having a pool. I love swimming, but am really self-conscious about getting out in bathers.
