Alright here's my stats...

age: 22

sex: F

ht": 5'6

weight:175


my ultimate goal would be to lose 25 pounds in 8 weeks
I would like to have have a weekly goal of 3 pounds weight loss

hopefully by recording my daily diet, exercise routine, and emotional feelings throughout this process I will have the motivation to be thinner than I have been since I was in elementary school.


I welcome all advice, tips, and support.

Day 2

activity: 4.6 mile hike

Food: 1600 calories


Day 3

activity: 20 minutes on versa climber climbed 1022 feet at medium resistance

Food: 900 calories
 
Well good news my weight this morning is 164 . But unfortunately its not due to all my hard work, one week ago I got in a boating accident. My jaw was shattered teeth knocked out, my. My nose they called it a powder fracture self explanatory they reconstructed it pretty good but its not the same when it heals they will be able to go back in and fix it to look better. Cheek bones also fractured. So here I sit all beat to shit with my jaw wired shut best diet I've ever been on....
