Hey all it's me again
I'm currently working to get rid of some more fat and converting to muscle. Anyways I really need to work on discipline but aside from that... When I stand up straight, my stomach looks GREAT! Hardly any fat visible and it looks sleek! But when I sit down that's a whole new stomach. It's like a HUGE beer belly. It's so annoying
Any tips on how to tone it? I mean I workout almost everyday whether it's my morning walks with my dog plus a 15 minute jog in the afternoon, plus the 10 minutes of situps I do each day, yet the fat won't go away. It looks like i have no abs at all and just rolls of fat.
