So today was my second time I had to lose weight. I'm 18 right now and I weigh 185 pounds and I'm trying to drop those extra LB's.. ugh it's a drag rightt.. but I'm motivated because with all of you guys, anything is possible.. I don't feel like I'm doing it alone and that's what I always wanted. someone to compare too.. i got before pictures and I'll be posting themm after I lose it.
I can stick to this and I know this because i have lost very much weight in the past..
when i wa 16 i was 220 LBS and I slimmed down to a total of 154 LBS for a loss of 66 LBS.. So motivated i was and I feel like that again.. OMG Wish me luck.
Day 1:
I ate around 1000 calories
Did some aerobics wit Sean T.
(Not with him really, but his videos..
Hip Hop Abs..)
after that I did some dancing for 20 more minz..
Going to sleep early so I can get going tomorrow in the morning for a jog.
and some more dancing for later.
any helpful tips are welcome.
