Ive already talked about what im going to do, but without any feedback i have yet to see if any needs changing but whatever

My Diary starts today July 7 and its 1:45 am :p

my workout is 2 brisk walks a day of 4 miles. 3 sets of 10 push ups, and 3 sets of 20 sit ups(these are for sure things, only things that going to change is the intensity of the walks, and more push ups and sit ups)

nice to meet you =)

just wanted to say that your workout is good, just remember that you have to change up the amounts and such when your working out, like you said, just increase the amount of cardio you get, i.e length of the walk, and its not always bad to increase the amount of push ups and such ,it just takes a few mins to burn a few calories =)

well again good luck =) if you decide to put your food logs for the day on here that would be awesome XD id love to read your posts, take care ^_^
 
make sure your situps are done with good form to avoid injury, Intensity can be added to your pushups and situps by doing different types or adding weight :)
 
July 7th

It was a rainy day so my walk idea was a failure but, i still did exercise on the trampoline, not to long like 10-20 minutes, and that was it really
I had a salad, and an pastrami sandwich,
 
July 8th

I ate another salad and some potatoes and pastrami.
today i have done absolutely nothing yet, but soon i am going to do my pushup, curls, situps, and some wieghts.
ohh i did do some cardio like activity:p

July 9th

I went to sleep at like 5
woke around 3
only ate half a burrito
did no real exercise. Been up since.
 
TODAY July 10

its almost 4 in the morning, i went on my 4 mile walk, got back 15 minutes ago, it was nice, Started at 12ish-1 got there at 1:45, got back before 3 but i saw a friend and we chilled for a little.

Today July 11th

Ate a salad, and went for a walk, found out the walks are not 4 but 6 miles, did one so far, gunna do another maybe later.
Now im going to eat another salad
 
there is no wrong way to use your diary
members use their diaries in many different ways but the more info you provide in your diary the more other members can help you with problems you might be having.
