Damm It!

Been running 3 miles 4 times a week for about 3 weeks but seeing no difference!!

I eat reasonably healthy and have a few beers at the weekend?
 
define "I eat reasonably healthy"
list a typical day, from first to last meal, with approximate portion sizes, or macronutrient counts if you're tracking and know them.
 
If you are jogging 3 miles four times a week and not seeing results then there is something wrong. Like malkore said, please list your typical diet. I would say you have to be making some kind of nutritional error if you are not seeing results. My next question is are you lifting weights? jogging alone is not probably not gonna get the results you want, atleast not long term.
 
Its rather difficult to tell what will get him the results he wants without knowing the results he wants.. no? Height and weight would also help.

Exactly. The goals are the most important part of the workout...besides the work-out itself...it's a vicious cycle!
