Daily Workout Dangerous?

I work out for about an hour two times a week. I was wondering that aside from this is doing around ten chin ups and 200 sit ups daily dangerous. I've heard it's good to give your muscles a rest but I wouldn't think a little amount as this would affect anything. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Well, it all depends who we are talking about (novice - advance/ weekend warrior - competitive athlete)

Yes you will need adequate recovery time to handle a daily workout. The more volume/intensity/frequency you commit to the more recovery tactics and rest time you will need.
 
I a skinny guy, already with a flat but not ripped stomach. 200 sit ups a day isn't a whole lot mixed with only ten chin ups. I was just wondering if doing these would aggravate the muscles to much without letting them relax.
 
you're fine...keep doing your sit-ups. Try to mix your ab routine up a little though. Also, try to alternate you abs to every other day. Just my opinion:cool:
