Daily Caloric Intake?

If I'm doing between 45-60 minutes of Cardio 6 days a week how many calories should I eat on those days?

I'm also planning to do yoga 2-3 days a week and add some weight training when I have the time to develop a schedule

I was thinking something like 1500-1600 on cardio days and maybe 1400 on my rest day?

I'm just under 5'7 and 199 lbs and I'm hoping to get down to about 160 before my wedding in August.

Sounds a little low, but if you have enough energy to keep up with all of your activities and you don't get so hungry you break and eat a whole cow, should be ok.

Are you also looking at how much protein you're getting though? Getting sufficient protein helps to make sure you're losing more fat than muscle :)
 
More exercises

Having more exercises, plus the 45-60 cardio 6 times a week could help you gain what your aim even before the month of your wedding but always make sure you go through these processes and have enough rest
