Thanks. Well my plan is to follow the Insanity DVD's, which are 6 days a week with sunday off. There is a recovery DVD about mid-week which is mostly stretching, so on that day I will go into the gym and do some weight lifting, upperbody target. As far as nutrition. I will prepare all of my own foods tracking the calories and limit myself to 2100 calories a day. I will not eat any fast food, cakes, chips, cookies, soda, or alchoholic beverages. On sunday however; I will be a little less strict on myself for eating but I wont go crazy. Besides I am a diehard Bears fan and I got to have wings for the game.
