I havent started to cut and arent planing of cutting for another couple months but i thought id get a good idea as to what i need to be doing before it gets to be that time...ive gotta say, ive been reading a lot on here about it and nothin seems to sound much different from bulking other than dropping calorie intake and lowering reps and uping weight so the muscle isnt lost, also adding a smaller cardio workout into your schedule along with keeping a great nutrition diet. am i on the right thinkin track or am i all off the road here.
