Cutting

Hi-I am 5 9 and 170 lbs. I lidt 4 days a week-2 days upper body and 2 lower body doing excsercises like dips, pull ups, squats, bench press, lunges, good mornings, deadlifts and some others. I also do 20 minutes of running 3 days a week. My diet is pretty good and i focus on eating lots of protein and keeping my carbs down. Im looking to get a ripped or cut look. Any tips or suggestions? thanks
 
pay good attention to your diet cause thats where the majority of what it takes to get ripped comes from.

how about good fats in your meal plan? :)
 
Natural Style Peanut Butter
Olive Oil or Safflower Oil
Nuts (peanuts, almonds, etc)
Flaxseed Oil
Salmon
