Cutting

Hi Im about 5'9 and 170lbs. I am currently working out 4 days a week for a little under an hour. I do squats, pull ups, dips, bench press, shrugs, calf raises, lunges, good mornings, rows. I tried HIiT but i wasnt really getting much out of it. I feel much better if I go out and run 2-3 miles. Is it a good idea to run 2-3 miles on my 3 off days, or should i just stick to the weight training if I want to get cut. The diet part I know what to do. thanks
 
Definately keep the running... It's key. Swimming will also help you break up your running if you want to put it inbetween your runs.
