Cutting vs. Bulking

I am currently in the process of attempting to cut a BF% that is about 22~25%, down to near 10%. It's gonna be rough.

You can see some pretty awful pics of me in my diary in the Diary forum.

So anyway, I was wondering what the differences between cutting and bulking are, as far as excersises are concerned. And maybe diet as well.

I am really trying for this, and I'm trying to realize what kind of work it's going to take.

Well for a cut you might have to cutdown the volume, i'm currently doing 3 fullbody workouts per week for my cut. You still need to lift hard.

And again diet should be the same really just more of the same stuff :) Well you can add some more beef to a bulk and carbs. To cut you will want to lower carbs.
