Anybody know how long its gonna take for me to see the fruits of my labour? I'm being like really really good with my diet... like no cheating period good day in and day out and I honestly haven't seen any results at all in the last month. I'm goin all out perfect with the diet, keepin my test lvl's high with supplementing and proper insulin spikes (this includes eating simple carbs right after a workout and after my morning cardio and getting high fibre throughout the rest of the day with prob between 0-10g of sugar thru the rest of the day excluding the banana i have after my morn cardio and late night workout). Only fat I have is maybe a small amount of sat. fat with boneless skinless chicken breast, skim milk but the rest are EFA's. Gettin about 140+g of protein daily, taking 3CLA 3 times daily, 2fishoil caps 3 times daily, Animal stak (natural test booster), animal Pak (Vitamin supplement) before workouts which consist of around 17 pills just for the animal staks, no carbs before bed but a slow burning protein to provide muscles through the night. I'm having really intense workouts but I'm seeing **** all happeing like im gonna go crazy pretty soon i swear! Am I just being impatient or am I wasting my time... Like I have a trip to mexico april 16th that I need to be in supurb shape for. I reckon right now I'm at about 10%bf, 5'7 170lbs. Based on those stats do you think im lacking muscle? I should provide a pic too but im not sure how i would do that.. oh i know how here. BTW the red line under my chest is a lil crispy from tanning
