I know that trying to burn fat and build muscle at the same time is like trying to walk and run at the same time.AT the present time i am cutting, but i am also retaining the muscle that i have. THE way it is working for me is; i am zig zaging my calories day to day,lifting 5 days a week high frequancy and low volume. I work each body part 2 and 3 times a week no more then 6 sets per body part 45 to 50 min and done! ALSO cardio right after lifting for 30 to 35 min, moderate to high intensity.LET me know what everyone thinks of this program, as i said it is working for me and i hope it would help someone else.==========I will give more details if someone would like.
