Cutting: Am I doing this right?

Hi, I am trying to cut down my %BF for summer. I have been working out for the past year and now want to cut down so I can get more defined all around. My goal is around 10%BF. I have always had a clean-ish diet but now I am trying extra hard to make it as perfect as I can. Below I have all my food for the day, this is an average day for me. (for the past few days for cutting anyways) I am doing a new bulking weight lifting routine (Here: http://training.fitness.com/weight-training/new-routine-advice-please-25468.html) to help keep on muscle as I cut. I also do HIIT 3x a week after the lifting and 45 mins of running on another day. Is this good for cutting? Can I cut more efficiently? Am I eating enough/too much? I have trouble finding good healthy food to eat, its almost a challenge.

Stats:
Age:18
Height:5'10"
Weight:150lbs
%BF: 11% is what my accumeasure thing says but I think it lies, soon I'll do a 9-spot test when I wake up. I think its more like 14%

Todays Diet: I assume I need 2600 cals to retain my weight.
1900 Cals/152g Protein/134g Carbs

Meal 1: 3 eggs/1 glass milk/1 protein shake
Meal 2: 1 Yogurt/1 Bag of almonds
Meal 3: 2 lean turkey burger patties/Baby spinach salad/1 bowl of green grapes
Meal 4: 1 yogurt/1 protein shake/1 apple

i skimmed over it very quickly. you should eat at least 5 meals a day. spread your calories through the day more except eat the most at breakfast.
it could aslo be benificial to eat more carbs in the morning and eat less at night. less fats in morning, more good fats at night.

thanks for the advice, it's hard for me to get several meals in as I am always on the go. My schedule changes constantly, I'll work on it though.
