cutting...again..

well i started off cutting about a month or two ago and everything was going well and i was losing weight and seeing improvements...since i got a job its stopped..and ive lost very little of my improvement but thats still unacceptable to me..im gonna do my very best to stick with my cutting diet this time even tho i have school and about 35 hours of work a week...i also recently turned 18 and i have been smoking more then i used to but i plan on quitting that all together...as of right now im gonna start cutting again tomorrow with this meal plan.

breakfast- weigh shake made with oats, blueberries, skim milk, and one scoop whey powder (dont have enough time in the mornings usually to eat)

snack (at school) - whey with celery & almonds(if i have any)

lunch- tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with a cucumber

workout - HIIT

post workout- chicken breast on romaine lettuce & brown rice

dinner (at work)- dunno..any suggestions? i work in a pretty fast paced food place..can only eat on my break no other time

after work- any suggestions? will be at about 10-11 pm
