Hey guys-gonna start a cutting routine and diet next week. Not sure what i wanna do for a routine cuz im just gettin off a 4 day routine and wanna move to a MWF routine to fit in HIIT on off days. I was wondering what type of split would be best, 3 full bodies, alternating push and pull days, or a chest tris, back bis, shoulder legs split.
 
if you really wanna burn fat, go with a monday thursday full body routine. and get a nice circut goin. then do hiit 3 times a week. that way you'll have 2 days off.
 
If there is anyway you can get to the gym twice a day it works really well when cutting. I found that going to the gym twice a day, 3-4days a week, works better than once a day everyday.

strenght workout in the morning followed by 3-5x10min sprints with a five min rest, not only on a treadmill, swapping from running, cycling rowing, boxing, speed ball, rock climbing.

then in the eve spend an 40-60mins on any m/c at a mod pace
