Hello Fitness Forum, it's been years! Last time I visited I was 210lbs, totally unfit and high bf%. Then I had a spell working in forestry which was extremely physical, and without trying I got into pretty good shape
Unfortunately, I've been out of work for a year, and I've let myself go again - to a certain degree.
I'm 6'3" tall, I weigh in about 187lbs, I don't know my current BF%, I have a small paunch around my abdomen. I'm 27 years old, in poor cardio shape (haven't run properly for over a year). I smoke.
I need a little guidance as to whether I should cut or bulk first. Long term I want to gain a little muscle, I'm not looking to be a huge warrior like beast, I just want to be lean, muscular and well toned, not Hulk Hogan, more Bruce Lee :cool3:
