Customized workout for you on your blackberry

There is a new fitness app of the blackberry app world called Pocket Trainer. After filling out a brief User Profile PT will create a customized workout for you and take all the guesswork out of it for you. It will tell you exactly what to do, how many times or for how long, it will tell you how long to rest and progress you to new levels. It keeps track of your workout history, there is quality videos and descriptions of each exercise and it's very comprehensive yet user friendly.
Most fitness apps or website allow you to pick your exercises. This leads to an imbalance as people tend to pick their favorite exercises and/or they don't know what to do, they just do what they see someone else doing or what they think they should do.
It's a one time charge of $12.99 for a lifetime of personal training. Give it a try and let me know what you think. For more info you can go to the website for Pocket Trainer.
Good luck. I am a personal trainer, nutrition and corrective exercise coach and created Pocket Trainer and appreciate your feedback.

Not just a little app

Well, just wanted to say that this is not just a little cell phone app. I am a highly qualified personal trainer and a Chek Practitioner. You should know about Paul Chek if you really know about training. It would be nice if you checked out the app before putting a bad word out there about the app. There's alot of people who can't afford personal trainers who could benefit from it and that's why I created the program.
I appreciate that you know your stuff but I would also appreciate you checking out my app and giving it your honest opinion. Thanks.

Alright then, tell me more about it.

But wouldn't you think it's weird that people can afford a Blackberry and apps for it but they can't afford PT?

Only one of it's kind

Thanks for your reply.
Well, when I train clients I train them functionally with perfect form and with a balanced program unless they are one of my athletes or someone with back, neck or knee issues.
The time under tension, rest period and order of exercise are all important as you know to achieve success. I took what I have learned and incorporated it into a program as if someone was with me personally.
Pocket Trainer is the only app out there now that customizes the program based on the User's Profile that they fill out. Most apps offer a library of exercises which the user can pick from to create their own workout. That's all well and good but this app is for someone who wants results and doesn't want to get hurt. Pocket Trainer gives a BALANCED workout so people aren't just picking their favorite exercises or something they saw someone else do. Alot goes on behind the scenes. The program knows when to progress them to a new level and what exercises to give and not give.
There's detailed high quality videos, written descriptions, questions and answer about each exercise.
Pocket Trainer is not geared towards "bodybuilding", however, an experienced weight lifter will definately be challenged and reach new levels of fitness working with the program.
It's available now on Blackberry, and soon to be released on all other smartphones.
You definately are a professional for responding and having an open mind! Thanks.
