Curling Pain

It seems lately no matter how light the weight i curl (i maxed 100) my forearm *bone* hurts, i dont get the pain while doing reps, but straigh after i put it down i feel the pain go through the forearm bone. it doesnt do it with any other excercises just curling, any ideas wat it is, and how to help prevent it would be greatly appreciated thanx :)
 
Rest it up a bit, maybe get some ART (Active Release Therapy) if you have a practicioner in you area. Sounds like either some tendenitis or soft tissue injury.
 
JP, do you recommend ART for someone who isn't necessarily experiencing discomfort or pain? I typically go and get my spine realigned due to spinal compression from squatting. And what is the "typical" cost for an ART session?
 
the same thing happend to me. I would always get pain on my elbow or around that area because i would curl. Well what i did is just let it rest for about 1 month and it went away. What cuases that is snapping your elbow or arm wrestling. Just let it rest basically and dont make it worse becuase it will take longer to heal.
