C's Conundrum

Well, here goes. I've decided to start this weight loss diary. I'm 5 8 and I weighed 165 lbs since about 8 weeks ago.

I've been exercising and dieting for two months and so far I've lost 15 lbs! yay me! My target is around 135 lbs and I hope to reach that by Christmas. I get easily discouraged so please if you have encouragments send them my way.

You can totally do it!
You know, I know it might sound weird, but sometimes it is more difficult to remain on track and focused when you don't need to lose much weight (for example, 30 lbs. as opposed to 60 lbs.) Don't be discouraged - when you start out smaller, it takes a little while longer to lose those last few pounds!

Congratulations on your weight loss so far, and I'm sure come this Christmas you'll be looking your absolute best, as long as you work hard and stay dedicated! :)

Well I dont have much to update today. I have the sniffles and have been under the weather a good two days maybe. I'll make sure to exercise once I get better.

Still hovering around the 150 range.
