I am looking for a decent pair of Cross Training Shoes, primarily for weight lifting. I have running shoes, wrestling shoes, and all the other shoes I need for my other sports...but I don't have a pair for weight lifting. Currently I just use my Adidas whites for lifting. I see it as a problem for my lower workouts because I do alot of different types of movements (such as explosive, power, speed, reg, etc.) and want a more athletic shoe for them.
I was wondering what type of shoe you guys would reccomend for me. I was looking at a few pairs of Nikes, like
but I was doing a search for them on the Nike site and found sick black ones, but they said on the Nike site that they are running shoes...so Idk.
I need something with somewhat of a flat sole (not like a wrestling shoe, but something to keep me stable enough for lifts) that is a low cut that can allow me full ROM while still giving me support.
Thanks to anyone who can help =]
