Weigh day: lost 1 kg/2 lbs.
That's still a loss which is in keeping with my goal.
I started at 125.7, and now at 120.0. So that's technically 5.7kg, or 11lbs. in two weeks.
This loss shows me at least one thing. You can't lose weight without exercise. This last week I was literally laid up in bed for all but 2 days and my intake was exactly 3 bowls of broth and one bowl of instant oatmeal, along with copious amounts of tea and water. That's hardly anything to take in, and getting in and out of bed to take cold medicince doesn't count as exercise.. All that and only 1kg to show for it. I'd be starving if I felt better... but I'm still ill. Off to the doc today to look at my sore throat.
Kind of a rocky start to a new lifestyle, but at least the physical withdrawls from food and cravings has been minimized due to illness... I can at least see that as an upside to having been sick this past week.
I hope to feel better soon and be able to chronicle my fitness efforts alonside my diet changes.
That's it for now.
