Critique my cut

Hey guys, I'd started cutting 2 days ago. I am right now 174 pounds at around 15% Bf.

I am doing FBW 3 times a week with 4-5 compound movements. I have started doing cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. Right now this is my cardio : 2 rounds running around the track(warm up), 1000 jump rope hops, 5 trips up and down the football stadium stairs. It is pretty intense and basically like HIIT but with small breaks in between.

THis is my diet:

1. 4-5 Egg white and Oatmeal with milk
2. Stake with veggie salad and beans
3. Protein shake with bananas and strawberries.
4. CHicken breats with veggie salad
5. Chicken breast and oatmeal
6. Protien drink/ 500 ml 1% milk, 2 oranges

As you can see I'm trying to keep the carbs and fat minimal.

My estimated time for a good cut (10% bf) is 2-3 months. Will that be sufficent. A fat loss of 3 pounds a month would be sufficent. Please feel free to critique and give suggestions.

As long as the cardio is truly HIIT it shouldn't be a problem, but if you start really upping your cardio, while drastically slashing calories/carbs/fats, you're going to send your body into starvation mode. If this happens, losing fat becomes a real challenge.

When I develop a cutting diet I usually front load my day with carbs, reducing them to nothing throughout the day.

I wouldn't have the oatmeal with meal five. Nor the 2 oranges with meal 6, too much sugar that far along in the day. You could have a sweet potato instead of the oatmeal with meal 5. Other than that, things look pretty good. What is the total calorie count?

Thanks Adler, Calorie count is around 2200 calories a day. I think my maintainace is around 2500-2700. So I'll shift the oranges to early day. And I really don't know how to cook. I can make only simple stuff like oatmeal and eggs, grilled chicken. I have to check out how to make sweet potato.
