criticize my routine plz

I am 5'9 172lbs. I am looking forward to get a very low bf without being buff. just lean and cut

Here is my routine: 3 days a week i weight lift. I do 3-4 sets of reps of 5-15 depending on what i work on.... my chest i do 8 reps , my tri's and bicepts i do 15 reps. I also do 3 days of cardio. I run 7 miles a week and work out my stomach 30min each cardio day. My nutrition intake is about. 2000 cal, 30g fat, 175 carbs, 100g protien. I also dont eat no junk what-so-ever!!.

Now you have seen my routine and diet where do you think this will lead me? Like with this routine and diet will i get buff? or lean and cut? or go nowhere?
Plz give me your criticism.

First of all if the number of grams of carbs, protein and fats you gave are correct, then you are far from 2000 cals a day. 1 gram of carbs is 4 cals, same with protein, a gram of fat is 9 cals. With the totals you gave us it would come up to 1370 calories a day you're consuming. WAY too low. you need to increase your cal and protein intake. Drink lots of water also. As far as your workouts, I don't see a need for doing 15 reps but if it works for you, okay. I personally would increase the weight and work in the 6-10 rep zone. Be sure you get enough rest before training the same bodyparts. I'm sure others will offer their helpful advice also. Good luck.
 
Well.... i go to school from 8am -2pm from there i work from 4pm to 10pm, then i have to do hw which is like 30-45min plus taking time to eat... piss... ****... etc.So bascially i dont have enough time to do a full body workout. I try to put in at least 45-1 hr work out. Soo far.... ive been able to do it for 1 week. I am extremly tired and never have time to rest except when i sleep.
