I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but what the heck.
Today I've done pretty good.
Breakfast:
1 cp cottage cheese
10 Wheat Thins Chips
8 oz water
Lunch:
1 cp butternut squash soup
1/2 oz smoked turkey breast
1/2 oz smoked ham
1 oz cheese (jack and cheddar)
2 baby carrots
2 small celery sticks
1 sugar free Jello dessert
8 oz water
Snack:
4 baby carrots
2 small celery sticks
1/2 oz cheese (jack / cheddar)
10 cherries
8 oz water
Dinner:
1 slice french bread
1 slice ham
No liquids tonight. I get too little sleep as it is
I've given up the two cups of hot chocolate that I usually have first thing when I get to work every morning. Green tea or orange spice tea will be the substitute. Good thing I like both of those.
