Creatine

For those of you with the 8 pack or 6 pack, I am 147 lbs 19 yrs old 5'11' Summer is around the corner. I have been training hard and sticking to my meal plan all year. I went from fat loss to bulking to cutting. I can see my abs the formation or the 8 pack when I flex. If I don't it is just flab. I am thinking about using creatine and l'glutimine like ryan reynolds did for Blade. Now for those of you using the creatine right now, around my weight, whats the most weight you put on in your peroid? Has this helped you? And how important is cardio when your on creatine? I really need some answers on this the beach is in. Please help me out. THanks
 
Creatine isn't specifically a weight gainer, it's a muscular energy enhancer - so it will let you push out a few more reps, have better endurance, etc. So, it will all come down to how much more you push yourself once you're on creatine. You also have to raise your baseline levels of muscular creatine kinase by supplementing creatine regularly, so don't expect results within, say, next week if you do start.

Cardio is going to be for weight loss (cutting) primarily and creatine will help with this only marginally. For cardio, aerobic capacity and heart health are the limiting factors - not muscular energy.
 
Sorry I can't post a pic because I don't have the menas necessary, alothough I just ordered a scanner I will post one soon but I am still open to people and telling me their experiences while on "creatine"
