Creatine

Hey guys, ive got a question. Im using creatine after each workout and every morning. 5 grams in 500 ml juice or water.

It says its OK to use it once a day. What are ur thoughts? Will the results be less, if u use it only after the workout? So once a day.

what do you think?
 
i use 13 grams a day
but i think 5 is prety average ...
i dont know why the servings are 13grams a day for mine.

yea, it was given to me by a friend ... he said it was one of the better ones.

it has been doin great for me so far, good results.
and it tastes just like orange punch :D
