I just took creatine tonight before my run and I felt fine. So I'm feeling this myth is debunked.
I'm not saying its totally debunked because of one instance I didn't experience anything, I just feel its not as big as issue as I was expecting.It's not debunked because you didn't exprience anything.
I get indigestion and bloating sometimes when I take it raw.
Creatine is better used for anaerobic activity, and running is aerobic. If your a sprinter, then it would be good to supplement...if your diet is good like I said in the other post.
I say post workout because, simple put, your body absorbs more and better. Supplements like creatine stay in your system too, it's not like a quick fix that you need to take before your workout, it's still in your system if you go workout the next day...and so on.
