creatine/salt

Hey, so i bought some creatine the other day and am looking forward to see how it goes. i take it after my workout(5 grams) and don't bother loading it beforehand cause i read you just piss it out due to oversaturation. Well, i know there is a lot of rumors about creatine(and this might or might not be one of them) but they say that if creatine is takin salt then it can help with absorption or something. I had read this off of a t-nation artical. i generally don't have biased veiws from one artical so i wanted to see yalls smart people's opinions.
