creatine info

when is the most effectife time to take creatine..before or after workout..what about on days you dont workout...and how many grams
 
you'll find opinions for taking it both before and after a workout. IMO, i like to take it after but it's more important just to take it each day as to what time.

on days you dont lift again just be sure to take it.

5 grams a day is plenty. :)
