So today i officially started my weightloss journey. My plan as follows..

Exercise: Go to the gym Mon-Fri also do a home workout dvd 3-4 times a wk.

Calories: Stick between a 1500-1800 daily calorie intake.

Eating Habits: 5-6 small meals a day consists of whole grains, fruits, veggies & protein.

Drinking Habits: Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water a day, mix it up between herbal teas, and low calorie drinks such as crystal light.

Weigh-In & Measurement Day: Every Monday

9/1/08 Entry

Exercise: Went to the gym for 2hrs did all the weight machines along with walking on the treadmill and using the exersize bike.

Food Intake: Ate 1,873 calories today a little higher than id like to.

Breakfast:
EggWhites: 30cals
Yogurt: 60cals
Water: 0cals

Snack 1:
Tomato chicken wrap: 235cals
Water: 0cals

Lunxh:
Oatmeal (rolled oats) with honey and raisans: 344cals
Water: 0cals

Snack 2:
Tomato chicken wrap- 235cals
2 Rice cakes: 90cals
Water: 0cals

Dinner:
Grilled chicken salad: 135cals
Sloppy joes (just meat & sauce NO bread): 280cals
Peach: 34cals
Water: 0cals

Snack 3:
Special k bar: 90cals
Bagel with cream cheese: 250cals
Fruit & yogurt bites: 90cals

I did it! Now i just gotta keep it up.

Finally my first day i have stuck to healthy eating and exersized! Im following weight watchers so i get to eat 30pts a day (since im breastfeeding) and i get 35 flex pts to use a wk. Today this is what i ate im wondering if this stuff good or should i change it.

Breakfast
Weight watchers english muffin w/ organic butter
Light & fit yogurt
Total pts & cals= 4pts, 160cals

Morning Snack
Fiber One Bar
Total pts & cals= 2pts, 140cals

Lunch
Whole wheat grilled chicken wrap w/ fresh spinage leaves and mustard
Cheese stick
Total pts & cals= 6pts, 350cals

Afternoon Snack
2 Rice cakes
Balance Bar
Total pts & cals= 5pts, 260cals

Dinner
Whole wheat grilled chicken wrap w/ fresh spinage leaves and mustard
yogurt w/ fruit
Total pts & cals= 7pts, 460cals

Evening Snack
Weight watchers toast
Egg whites
Turkey sausage
Total pts & cals= 6pts, 230cals

Total Flex Points Used-1
Total Daily Calories- 1,600

Excersize- Went for a 45 min walk pushin son in stroller and daughter in front carrier on my chest (added some weight for me) :)
 
Well done for sticking to it!

The only thing I would say is eat more for breakfast! I don't really think 160 calories is sufficient.
