Crashed and burnt - overtraining? Please help!

I’m pleased about that as I don’t even own a hat; I’d would have to go and buy one in order to eat if I were wrong and I’m skint as it is!

Bwahaha, no worries then. Save your money and spend it on something that might be a little more appetizing.
 
Hi All - I'm the OP and I thought I'd update everyone since you've all been so nice! :)

First good news: Typhon won't have to eat his hat!

Second good news: I feel tons better!

So, let's see what happened:

When I crashed, it was a Thursday, where I basically stopped going to the gym and started asking for advice. I thought I'd skip gym until the following Monday (4 days off), but by Monday I felt I needed more rest still. So I didn't do anything until 7 full days later, the following Thursday.

I made 2 major changes:

-Change 1: nutrition-> I now eat 2485 Calories/day. That's 235.54g of Protein, 169.28g of Carbs and 81.86g of Fat. (if you wonder how I got these figures - I measured everything using a kitchen scale and tallied it all in gyminee.com)

The detail of what I eat on a typical day:
Morning: 3 egg whites, 110g turkey, 5g almonds, 7.5ml chili sauce and now (new) 45g Oatmeal, 300ml milk, and 15ml honey
Lunch: Very large salad with onions, bell peppers, romaine, apple, grapes, avocado, and about a million other things with honey mustard sauce and 150g chicken breast
Dinner: 150g chicken breast and tons of veggies (green beans, carrots, green peas) and 2 egg white, 7.5 ml chili sauce
I also have 2 snacks with 300ml milk, 1.5 scoop whey protein, an apple, and 17g of peanut butter.

Change 2-> exercises. I dropped 3x FBW and replaced it with a *lunchtime* intense 5 days split workout (body parts). I dropped all cardio completely.

Now, the results:
1) I feel great
2) I still need lots of sleep, but I don't feel like I'm dying at 3pm anymore :)
3) And my favorite : Libido is back (wife says 'thanks') :)

One thing though: In 2 weeks I went from 69.4kg to 72.2. 800g gain isn't small, and I'm not convinced it's muscle (actually it strangely looks like belly fat to me!). Do you guys think I eat too much now? (I feel rather guilty over the 34g of peanut butter I eat a day).
