Day 4
Today was a great day! The sun was shining and what not and I just HAD to get on the bike and go for a ride. I went for a 10 minute ride (pathetic haha) on the highest gear. It was fun stuff, got me sweating and what not. I took like a 2 hour nap since I was exhausted from school... ugh. Once again, im eating another apple before I go to sleep. I had a grilled snack wrap for lunch and a salad and a taco salad for supper
. Good stuff right there.
Anywas about my work out.. hell is was the best one so far. Like when I was working on my cardio, the first or second day I taken like 5 ~ 10 second breaks in between, but today was different. I cut down to like a 2 second break every now and then so I feel proud of myself. It was one of the better workouts I've had. Also, if you're wondering what I'm doing, it's called Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer. It's not bad.. I'll be doing it 3 times a day after 10 ~ 20 days. So far its 2 times a day. I was working on Total Body and woww.. harsh but still fun. I'm gonna check my weight and see if I lost anything.
There is still a long way to go for this large fella right here.
