Couldnt sleep last night, did i ruin my workout?

I had a very intense workout yesterday but i couldn't get to sleep and only got around 3 hours. did I really screw that up?
 
I don't think one night of bad sleep will affect you. Kinda like slipping from your diet. Once here and there won't make a noticeable difference, but the more you do it, the more likely it is to have a negative effect on progress.
