Could I have gotten leaner this quick?

I've been eating clean for only 2 weeks now and I can already tell a difference in my stomach. I've lost about 4 lbs. I think part of it is that my stomach wasn't as fat as I thought. My lower stomach was bloated but I think I see a little more upper abs now (ya gotta look really closely! ;) )

Do you see a difference or am I kidding myself?

I'm completely cold in both pics and nothing is flexed.

The lighting in the pics is different (different room), so I don't know if you can really tell

I think that quick weight loss right at the beginning of a healthy diet/workout plan is not uncommon. Just that I think that it's mainly liquid/water weight you've lost, not fat necessarily.
 
Yeah, if you cut out alot of carbs then you most likely lost some water weight. But you could also have lost fat too. 4 lbs in 2 weeks is possible if you are working hard and doing the diet. If you see that you could do better, then it ma be 50% or 25% fat you lost and the rest is water. I tell most people to wait a month to weight themselves. It would be a better check.

Yeah I short-term cutted recently and lost 8 pounds in the first week. Alot of water!
