I've been eating clean for only 2 weeks now and I can already tell a difference in my stomach. I've lost about 4 lbs. I think part of it is that my stomach wasn't as fat as I thought. My lower stomach was bloated but I think I see a little more upper abs now (ya gotta look really closely!

I'm completely cold in both pics and nothing is flexed.
The lighting in the pics is different (different room), so I don't know if you can really tell
