I am a 24 years old girl. I still call myself a girl, I feel like that and I look like a very young girl. People always think I am 18 or something.. >.>" I am very short, around 5 feet? I don't know the exactly measurement. The only measurement I know is my weight. I am fat since 12 years old or something.
I have tried a couple times to lose weight... but I always fail within two weeks... Cause if I cheated with food... I feel I am not doing well and then I will let myself go and eat like I have never eaten before... So yeah.. Very bad.. -_-"
This time I know I can't give up that easily... I will try not to be a perfectionist (for I am not perfect).. If I cheated once (a little piece of snack).. I have to get back on track the other day.. Cause I know if I wait too long... I won't able to come back anymore and will have to wait for another time (when I feel like) to start my weight loss journey again...
People here really inspiring me to lose weight, so I signed up. Hopefully I can do the same after my total weight loss. I will post before & after pictures then. I promise!!
I hope to reach 99 lbs/45 kg in 6 months.
My program:
Each day taking around 1000-1200 kilocalories of food and doing dance dance revolution each day for one hour....
(not that I really do this exercise every day... >.>")
What really motivates to keep going is to write a little report every day and save it in a map.
I have diary map yes... With nice picture and stuff.. It feels great to work like a pro, using maps and so on.. It totally motivates me... =]
Have any questions or suggestions feel free to ask or give...

My two biggest inspirations on Youtube are these two people:

shelurksinthedark --> Unfortunately her before and after video got deleted.. She was around my weight and the weight I want to be.
Tips I use (from others and from myself):
-drink water before you take your meal (breakfast, feeling hungry, lunch, dinner)
-have a BIG goal and MINI goals... like my big goal is to lose 42 lbs and mini goal is to lose 2.205 lbs a week.... it will gives you more courage to do it for another week and so on..... =)
-BREAKFAST: can eat a lot (still healthy ofcourse), LUNCH: eat normal, DINNER: eat less
-Ask God for help! Pray for it.
-don't eat after 7 p.m. (or 4 hours before sleep)
-take some little, tiny bites... enjoy your food... feel and smell the taste... eat with your mind... make your food looks very elegant, looks very properly... (will make you enjoy really the food... getting in your tummy with knowing what you are eating)
-don't watch commercials on television or leaflets
-if you are tempted to eat more, think about your new figure and know you will getting regrets from it
-don't stand in front of the windows of Kentucky Fried Chicken, MacDonalds, Pizza, Burger King or one of your favorite take aways
-if your friends are going to those places, you can eat salad with some meat or no meat... it's more expensive.. but if you want to lose weight... that's how you can deal with it..
-warming-up before you start or ends with your sport
-eat with little bowls in stead of big bowls will makes you eat less
- no, less motivation, not sure about if your work will pay off? Watch youtube, going to this forum, read magazines and see how others... what size, weight they were... they lost the weight!!!
-1 big plate with salad is really more than enough!!
-makes that you never get bored, so you don't have to eat food.
-you can combine healthy food and get tons of healthy food.. really.. you don't have to eat fat food!
-1 hour fitness too boring? shop at least 2 hours in stead.....
-if your mood is getting down..... try to shop and fit clothes in stead of eating.. it really helps... thinking about those nice clothes you always wanted to wear.. =)

23 December 2008: 136 lbs/ 61.5 kg
30 December 2008: 130 lbs/ 59.1 kg
6 January 2009: 130 lbs/59.0 kg
13 January 2009: 127 lbs/ 57.7 kg
20 January 2009: 127 lbs/57.5 kg
28 January 2009: 124 lbs/56.3 kg
4 February 2009: 127 lbs/57.5 kg

If I make some error, mistakes, typo's, wrong grammar, please tell me... I will correct it.
