Well this is my first entry, and hopefully not my last. Decided on a couple of things:

1. Drink only water, nothing else!
2. Jog for 20 minutes a day
3. Have sandwiches for lunch
4. If getting Maccas, get small cheesburger meal only

With this newly acquired iPod, running will be funner. Running times will be:

Tuesday: 1:30pm
Wednesday: 10:30am
Friday: 1:30pm
Sunday: Any time

As for other activities, I'm going to get back into skateboarding, and shoot some hoops with friends.

Aw man, I want an ipod! All I've got is a crappy megg that doesn't work. I've gotta return it to cellular one and get a new one...

Went on my first jog this morning. Starting at 11:30am was good because there was no one else at the oval. I didn't have a shower or breakfast until i had done the run, and when i got back and did those things, it felt great.

The run itself was pretty good. I only did 15 minutes, because I didn't want to strain myself on the first run.

The iPod also worked really well, making the run far more fun. The songs by Trivium, Disturbed and The Used revved me up, while The Music, and Muse allowed me to pace myself abit more.

Meals for today:
Breakfast - Corn Flakes
Lunch - Sandwhich
Dinner - Fried Rice
