I
Hope I don't sound too out there, but I read a book called "Natural Cures" which discusses added ingredients in the U.S. junk food, fast food, etc... that make you hungrier after you start eating them, it's a marketing ploy, because fat people eat more, and the junk food companies need to keep people eating. Anyhow, if you want anymore info on that, let me know. There is a reason why people in other countries eat similar foods, but aren't gaining tons of weight. Are you in the US?
Haha, yeah, I think that one of the main addictive ingrediants is called...
Sugar! xD
I've been to Europe, and they really don't eat similar foods... Even when they do, the portion size is much smaller. You know those glass coke bottles that we think are so small? Well, their average serving is a wee bottle about half that size... Probably around 90 calories of soda, or less. The soda cans are about half the sze of ours, too.
And when you get hot chocolate they bring it to you in a tiny little tea cup. It looks like a thimble, haha. The stuff is really rich, but they eat so little of it, it's no wonder that people there aren't as big as us.
And the pizza and other kinds of fast food are really different too. Thin crust, a thin layer of sauce and a sprinkling of cheese, with some veggies on top. Stuff like that.
I was a size 4 back then and I had to go for the biggest size in the store if I ever wanted to go shopping o__o The way they eat is just soo different there, savoring smaller, more flavorful portions. I'll probably never eat like that, since I inhale my food, but I dunno xD I'll try to eat less at least.
Today I didn't binge but I ate BADLY... All sugar, it was horrible ):
