Condition crisis, 14-years old

Hi there,
I'm a 14-years old guy, turning 15 this summer; and my body is being cast into utter despair.
I'm 1.66cm tall, and weigh 41kg (82lbs).
Seeing as I'm continuously growing on the height, my body frame is being stretched, and I look like some freak with anorexia. I eat normally, but I don't gain a single pound. I'm weak, unagile and lack stamina. If I could just get a proper schedule and guidelines to get me some weight and decent musculature, I'd be much healthier.

I need a basic start for workouts, and a list of what to eat, how much and for how long to start gaining mass.

Thanks in advance.

I suggest protein in your diet and trying to work out your triceps + chest (go hand in hand, bench presses are best), back (like rowing, puffing out chest simulates motion), lower back (ones where you lean back), legs (everywhere is good, leg and calf presses are the most used), and abs (crunches and body twists). If you don't have a gym you can go to, try visiting sixpackshortcuts on Youtube for home workouts, you'll find different workouts for a muscle group you intend to build. I recommended the largest ones so you'll have the strength work covered, for cardio, running and aerobics should help. I recommend looking at this one for bits of strength and cardio in one workout, lots of legs (calves), shoulders, and core involved. For more nutritional aspects (you need to replenish your muscles, water just gets hydration) I can recommend seeing if you can get your hands on Nutrilite's Double X vitamin set: (you can buy here without account). If you're still active on this forum, I can tell you the six months I had with this same regiment and the results I got.
