To answer your question, Yes compound should be done first before isolated. Compound is using more than one muscle and Isolated is just using one muscle.
If you have more then 1 compound exercises in your group you should choose the one that you are the weakest at. Like if you can bench press your bodyweight but not squat 1.5x your bodyweight; then you should squat first for example.
