Complete Chest Workout?

easy question for you all, how can i get the perfect chest????

ive been doing incline bench presses, flat flys and decline press, plus dips, and some cable work for a while, and when ive worked out my chest looks ok, but i need to get to the level where it stays ok! i particularly need some lower chest movements as i never feel this are worked hard enough.

should i start swimming more?

im doing all the usual dietry, cardio etc etc stuff, just need a complete chest workout, thats all!!

Oh man, this must be the 100th post about wanting a perfect chest, just messing with you:D

How long have you been consistently lifting? It doesn't happen overnight as I'm sure you know. Are you working your entire body? How often do you work your chest? it may be too much or not enough.

Keep up the cardio and eating right.

Make sure you do your presses first before you go to the flys, or cables, etc
 
Its not all in the training, Sleep and food are just as important.

As for your workout, work your whole body equally or your back will suffer from your chest tightening.

for your chest do flat bench press 5sets of 5reps
and cable flys, 3 sets of 10.
 
when i work my chest my max is 175 and i rep with a lower weight such as 135 over and over again so that it burns caloriesa and it reallie works otu my chest so what ever ur max is try doing 40 or 50 less then ur max when u bench.......hopefully this helps
 
Incline press
flat press
incline flies
and
dips will build a nice chest. But it also depends on your diet, rep range, goals , etc.....
 
Implants! If you're working that hard and can't get it right you just don't have the genetics.

Actually, you're overdoing it and that is why you are at a plateau. That and genetics of course.
