Hey everybody.. This is my first posting and I want to say thanks in advance for y'alls help! OK, so here's the situation. I'm 19 and in my second year of college, and eating the nasty cafeteria food. I swam competitively all four years of high school, but my college is full of punks and they closed our pool so I can't swim. So now I have to settle for stupid eliptical machines for cardio and weights are necessary (which they never were before). My boyfriend has been bugging me for quite some time to start drinking protein shakes (mostly because I am hungry ALL THE TIME). The only problem I have is the clumpiness. Maybe it's just me? but drinks just shouldn't be lumpy. That, and the taste isn't the best. (BTW, I've been using the GNC brand Mega Whey in Vanilla.) First question is does anyone have any suggestions as to making this stuff less clumpy? Also, what about things to add in with it like in a blender? As a side note, the boyfriend also suggested thinking about creatine but his roommate said it's not good for "chicks." Thanks again so much!
